Tarin had some pretty big dreams when he was a kid, R.A.F Pilot, Nurse all that kinda stuff. The pilot dream was shot down pretty early, when he was in his early teens, a few years later so was the dream of being a nurse.

Not long after, Tarin discovered he liked to write poems and stuff. He was told he had talent and of course Tarin got over excited and his dreams became that of being an artist and writer, and writing a book and illustrating it himself. The book was to be called, as most people who know Tarin by now know, “Life, the World and Everything.”, cool dream.

The truth is though, some dreams really weren’t meant to be, even those that came to fruition of some lame kind.

After being published in several anthologies, Tarin got it into his head that he could really do it, and, he really did it, Tarin wrote the book, “LTWAE” was written and self published, with the idea he would become a thousandaire (even Tarin knew he weren’t worth millions), anyway it was a dumb idea, a crap book with loads of crap in it and that’s that.

Tarin kept the name for his website and kept it going for a while, in 2012 he gave the site a make-over and all was good except for (here goes) Tarin was crap at keeping up with his blog, his blog and his eco-blog (which is not on this version) were crap anyway and few, if any, read them often, and it didn’t really matter how heartfelt Tarin’s writing was, it never seemed good enough and he never got much of an audience, and that is where Tarin made his mistake, he expected people to come and read, to be interested in his work, and for him to, maybe one day, be a respected blogger. But that’s not how it worked and, Tarin barely touched his site for about 3 years or so.

This site was supposed to be a fresh start! A new site! A new LTWAE! But even so Tarin still made some of the same old mistakes.

It’s 2022, life has taken even more crappy turns and to be honest the site just doesn’t feel right any more, so a make-over of some warmer colours in the hope they will be easier on the eye for visitors and more welcoming, some images (stock images with the hope of maybe replacing them with some of tarins own at some point.) to add a little something to the pages, more ancient poetry, not just previously published stuff, the beginnings of a gallery, which tarin hopes to fill out with more pics, and a somewhat ironic tag line under the name of the site, as Tarin has been recently diagnosed with diabetic retinopathy and he will probably go blind at some point, maybe sooner than he realizes, but that’s ok, let’s see how things go from here on.

Oh yeah, one other thing, tarin is doing this because he wants to, updating it when he wants to and he doesn’t care any more if people don’t ever read or pay attention at this point, tarin has accepted his fates.
